Black Walnuts
Black walnuts have a strong robust flavor full of thick, earthy tang. They grow mostly in the Eastern area of the United states. The strong, musky, and bittersweet taste is a great compliment to fudge, salads, or even pickling. These nuts contain the highest level of protein of any tree nut. They also pack plenty of vitamin A, iron, minerals, and fiber.

Black Walnuts are most commonly used for baking, but can also be used in liquors and beers!

Hickory Nut
The hickory nut's primary characteristic is their rich, nutty taste, which is often compared to that of pecans. Heartnut
Heartnut trees (Juglans Ailantifolia) are members of the walnut family. They got their name from the fact that their delicious edible nuts look remarkably like hearts. They’re prolific, easy to grow, and their nuts are really quite delicious. They taste like a cross between Brazil nuts and pecans, with a sweet, mild flavor. They’re high in protein, low in cholesterol, and rich in antioxidants.

Hicans
The hican nut is a natural hybrid
between hickory and pecan
(which is how they get their name).
hicans have a unique and delicious flavor that is often compared to a good Shellbark Hickory and is considered better than many pecans. The taste is rich, buttery, and slightly sweet, making them a favorite among nut lovers. With nutritional values of a pecan combined with the flavor, this makes it a great addition to any culinary dish.

Buartnut
The buartnut tree is a hybrid tree made from a cross between the almost extinct butternut tree and a heartnut tree. Their delectable buttery taste is reminiscent of a butternut and makes it an excellent culinary addition that everyone is sure to love.
They contain vitamins and minerals, including vitamin E, potassium,
and magnesium.
